Before the brief lands

The questions that shape scope.

Can you own a full title, or do you only provide individual services?

Both. We can lead a title from production handoff through final masters, or join an established workflow for direction, engineering, dialogue editing, mastering, quality control, music, or sound design. The scope can be title-specific rather than forcing your team into a fixed package.

How quickly can you confirm capacity and hold dates?

Send the title count, estimated total running time (TRT), requested services, recording dates, and delivery milestones. We will review the actual production load and respond with a realistic capacity window, including any dependencies that could affect the schedule.

Can you work inside our existing specifications and file structure?

Yes. We pay close attention to publisher-specific technical specifications, naming conventions, session organization, transfer method, review tools, security expectations, and delivery requirements.

Can you support overflow across several titles at once?

Yes, when the schedule and scopes are defined early enough to protect quality. We can reserve recurring post-production capacity or build a title-by-title plan around release priorities. We would rather give you an honest capacity picture than accept work that cannot be delivered cleanly.

Do you take on multi-cast, music, or sound-design-heavy productions?

Yes. We can support dramatized and high-touch titles with multiple narrators, original music, and sound design. Those projects benefit from earlier creative alignment, a locked approval path, and a scope that separates essential storytelling choices from optional production layers.
